Guided Meditation Class
Our guided classes will take any intimidation out of meditation. Each class is uniquely curated by our talented instructors who will guide you with their voice, soundtracks and specially designed themes. Suitable for everyone.
Offering practical instruction on how to enjoy a peaceful, positive mind in modern daily life.
Some themes include:
Essentials: Introducing the basic practice and core essential techniques. Focusing on breath and calming into a relaxed state.
Elevation: Bringing forward your dreams and desires. Creating space and clarity for you to manifest what you desire to bring into your reality. Clearing away any blocks or resistance, allowing energy to flow through with ease.
Chakra Restore: Using the power of the Chakras we open the energy flood gates allowing you to restore and rejuvenate areas that have felt dull and without energy flow.
Self Guided Meditation
We invite you to take some time to yourself. This drop in class allows you to meditate in a tranquil setting without committing to a set class time. Use any props that you’d like. Meditation is unguided, however noise cancelling headsets provide relaxing ambient music to elevate your meditative experience.

MIDDAY MEDITATION
Release the stresses of the world and work by refreshing with this short but potent class. By setting some time aside just for you, you will feel lighter and more energetic, achieve more and feel better about your day. We spend 20-30 minutes in meditative state. Using different techniques including Guided, Mantra and Frequency Meditations.
Beginner friendly, meditation is a practice - All levels welcomed.
Day / Time: Wednesday 12 pm // Friday 12 pm
Class length: 30 mins
Price: $25 casual or part of a Mind Membership or Unlimited Membership
